Floral Design 101 Workshop
All are welcome! Geared toward beginners and novices. Oval Design - container & Oasis provided by the Club Make an oval, fall centerpiece for the holiday table or mantel.

About the event
- Bring approx.10-15 stems of flowers, scissors for cutting florals & paper bag for trash
- Bring some foliage from your garden for ‘greening out bottom of design.’ I often cut from my garden: Boxwood, Ninebark or Pieris japonica (Japanese Andromeda), Lemon cypress, Magnolia, Antiqued hydrangea (fall colors) & Arborvitae ‘Golden Globe’. Please leave Oriental bittersweet, an invasive species, in the woods.
- Oval container and wet floral foam provided*
- Symmetrical or Asymmetrical – your choice! A design has symmetry if you can move the entire design by rotation or reflection, and the design appears unchanged.
