Friends are the Flowers
The only prerequisites necessary to become a member are to enjoy nature, ecology, the beauty of flowers and the desire to learn more about them. We have members who are very knowledgeable and anxious to share their knowledge with you as well as members who are just looking to learn more about gardening. Our club will give you the opportunity to make friends with others who share your interest in gardening.

As a member, you will be expected to attend a minimum of 4 meetings per year although we hope you will elect to attend all 9 of our meetings, and to participate in the variety of activities of the club; especially our Holiday Showcase which occurs every 3 years.
The club meets every third Tuesday of the month September through June. The location of the meetings will be posted on the web site and members are notified via email. Luncheon sandwiches and sweets are served at 11:30 AM followed by a meeting and a special program.

If you are interested in joining, you should attend minimum of one meeting as a guest, the guest donation is $5. This will help you understand what we do and what our club is like. If you decide to join, you can obtain an application from the membership co-chairs. Currently we have openings but our membership is limited in number, so if there are no openings, you will become a Member-in-Waiting after your application is approved.
Dues for active members are $35 per year. If you are invited to join after January 1st, the dues for that year will be reduced 50% to $17.50.
